Our renovated home is situated on 4 acres of private property, just two hours north of NYC. The house is a short drive from Woodstock, the Catskills and Shawangunk mountains. It's perfect for any weekend get away or vacation with family and friends. The days are perfect for sightseeing while the nights are cool enough to enjoy our hot tub after a day spent hiking in the Catskills. My Pool is now closed until next summer. This Schoolhouse has been newly renovated with two bedrooms while maintaining its single classroom charm. Very centrally located for all outdoor activities and easy access to neighboring hamlets, villages and towns in Ulster County.

This cozy cottage along with two barns was once part of a a working farm. Hand-hewn original oak post and beam construction is exposed; it gives the cottage and its cathedral ceilings, a light drenched airy ambience. Equipped with a full kitchen, one gets the country rustic atmosphere without forfeiting modern conveniences. The reclaimed wood siding in the bedroom catches the early morning light reflections of the sunrise. Hand-crafted details abound, the cabinetry, hand-made glass, and photography add accents to the decor.
